News update

I’m riding a wave of momentum right now, and it taking me on a crazy ride. Feeling pretty blessed all along the way. There was the City Pages A-list write-up and the downtown journal that locally showed some amazing support for what I’m doing. San Francisco Based magazine, Juxtapoz had also put up a really flattering write up on there website for the show. Now it would seem that Juxtapoz is taking it to the next level with there hospitality. They are running an Artist Profile piece on me in their February issue. I’m outrageously excited about this as I’ve been following this magazine for as long as I’ve been making art. After the article comes out in Feb, I’ll be hanging in a Juxtapoz curated show at the COPRO Gallery in Santa Monica, called “Juxtapoz Turns 18” in March. As of now I have very few details on the show, but I’m being told that the likes of Shepard Fairey, Retna, Mark Ryden and Camille Rose Garcia, to name a few, will be in the show as well. Holy majolley. This is AWESOME!

In the meantime, its catch up, and getting ready to make the next body of work. Life is too good

Lots of excitement over the last few months, and more to come as the months follow. I just deinstalled the Tarnish&Gold show a few days ago. A big warm thank you to all of those that came and supported the cause. You all hang very close to my heart, you are appreciated.

Just as the show was getting ready to come down, I caught word that the Minneapolis based periodical the “Downtown Journal” had published there piece on the show. Low and behold, we got on the cover! pretty cool stuff, be sure to pick up a copy to read the whole thing.¬†They profile myself and the gallery throughout.

With the show now being done, it’s back to the studio to work on a couple of projects. Some really fun stuff. I’ll be excited to drop these off with their owners shortly.
